Pobal are in the process of making some changes to the Online support phone system effective from the 25th June.
This will mean that the options you are familiar with will be changing. To be transferred to the SAS support team you will need to:
Dial 2 for Social Inclusion and Inclusive Employment
Dial 1 for SAS
You will then be transferred to a member of the team familiar with SAS. You will still be given the option to leave a voicemail should you require it.
Don’t worry if you choose the incorrect option initially, our team members will assist.
